At HermanRX, our physician prescribed protocols, including weight loss, longevity, hormone optimization, and sexual health treatments, are designed for ongoing care. To ensure uninterrupted access to your medication and treatment, many of our therapies are offered on a convenient subscription basis.
By enrolling in a subscription at HermanRX, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions:
Subscription Terms and Billing Cycle
When you purchase a subscription-based treatment (such as a 1-month or 3-month supply), you are enrolling in an automatic, recurring billing program.
- Monthly Subscriptions: You will be automatically billed every 30 days from the date of your initial order or physician approval.
- Multi-Month Subscriptions: You will be billed at the frequency stated at checkout (e.g., every 90 days for a 3-month supply).
Your payment method on file will be automatically charged the agreed-upon subscription amount at the start of each new billing cycle. As always, there are no hidden fees or membership costs, the price of your medication covers your physician consultation, ongoing clinical support, and free shipping.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in earning your trust every month without locking you into long-term contracts. Orders can be canceled within your member portal at any time. * To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled renewal date.
- Please note: If your renewal order has already been processed, prescribed, and shipped by our US-licensed pharmacy, that specific order cannot be canceled or refunded due to federal and state pharmacy regulations prohibiting the return of prescription medications. However, your cancellation will successfully stop all future recurring charges.
Pausing or Modifying Your Subscription
You are in full control of your health journey. You can manage your treatment schedule directly through your member portal. If you need to pause your subscription, update your shipping address, or change your payment method, you can do so securely at any time by logging into your HermanRX account.
Accepted Payment Methods & Failed Charges
We accept all major credit and debit cards. If your payment method is declined or expires, our system will notify you to update your billing information. Your treatment shipment will be paused until the payment information is successfully updated and the charge is processed.
Price Changes
HermanRX reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. Should the price of your treatment plan change, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle, giving you ample time to modify or cancel your subscription.
